Alabama Gives Day - Bravo and Thank You!

In a 24 hour period, we received 8 donations, totaling $565. It is because of the passion and dedication you have for improving EDUCATION, FINANCIAL STABILITY, HEALTH and BASIC NEEDS that we are able to have a profound impact on the lives of others. Together we can profoundly change the lives of children and young people, struggling families, frail seniors and those with disabilities in our community – helping them to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Loaned Executive Program

A Win-Win Program

Each year, corporate partners join with United Way of Marshall County in a cost-effective training program to improve our community and sharpen the talents of promising employees. Loaned Executives (LEs) benefit from a unique professional development program that cultivates talent, nurtures enthusiasm, strengthens sales skills and raises confidence.

Alumni have increased their effectiveness and business skills due to their experience as a United Way Loaned Executive. LEs lend their expertise and energy to assist United Way in its Workplace Campaign efforts. As a result, costs are kept low by maximizing staff and volunteer efforts. By participating in United Way's Loaned Executive Program – Employees Win – Companies Win – Communities Win.
